For nearly 5 decades, Denison Custom Homes has been known for Award-winning Quality and Craftsmanship in the Crossroads area. Built-to-suit homes tailored to the unique need, desire and budget of today’s homebuyers. We are a third generation company that only builds a limited amount of homes at one time to ensure our clients get the on-site attention to their home that they expect. From the initial meeting to move-in we strive to deliver to our clients an enjoyable, rewarding and hassle-free experience.
Owners Matt Lively and Lisa Denison Lively have a lifetime of experience in construction. Lisa started working with her father, Bob Denison, who built his first home for a friend in 1977 and turned it into a business. She worked sales in one of the model homes, helped clients with selections of finish out materials and managed the budgeting.
Matt started out in construction after high school focusing more on the electrical and low voltage side where he learned the codes, scheduling and quality of work. Shortly after they married, Matt went to work for the company learning every aspect of the construction business side with Lisa. When Bob retired in 1999, Matt and Lisa bought the company and continued the vision of building a high quality home using the best materials and skilled craftsman.
This year their son Andrew joined the team and brings his construction experience in HVAC to the growing family business.
