Owners Matt Lively and Lisa Denison Lively bring a lifetime of construction experience to Denison Homes. Lisa began her journey working with her father, Bob Denison, who built his first home for a friend in 1977, turning it into a thriving business. Lisa managed sales in one of the model homes, assisted clients with selections of finish-out materials, and handled budgeting.
Matt started his career in construction after high school, focusing on electrical and low voltage systems where he learned about codes, scheduling, and the importance of quality work. Shortly after their marriage, he joined the company, learning every aspect of the construction business alongside Lisa. When Bob retired in 1999, Matt and Lisa took over the company to continue the vision of building high-quality homes with the best materials and skilled craftsmen, including custom builders in Victoria.
This year, their son Andrew joined the team, bringing his HVAC construction experience to the growing family business.
